Our APPS in version 2.0 can be activated 3 times. This means that you can register the APP on 3 devices. The APP only needs to be registered on a device the first time you start it. Registration is no longer required even with updates.
With the Hafenmanöver 2.0 app, this can be on Windows, MacOS, Android and IOS.
Attention: Passing on licenses to third parties is not permitted. Please keep your login details and password key in a safe place. Without this key, you can no longer activate the app.
We offer 2 years of maintenance (including updates) from the time of purchase. This means you also get all content updates.
What answers can the system provide and what do they mean?
The product was installed correctly.
Everything is OK: The product is now running on the device and a license has been used. The code is no longer requested for Update3s either: Attention: If the program is removed and reinstalled, a license will be used again. Please click Return License under the options first.
An internet connection is required for registration
It may happen that the APP cannot access the Internet or that a firewall or web shield (McAffee) does not allow this. Please deactivate this service briefly to register.
You have reached the maximum number of registrations.
Our APP counts every time you click on the register button. Please check whether the APP is still available on a mobile phone or old laptop. If you return the license, you can then register it again on a new device.
User and key are incorrect. The app was not registered.
You probably made a typo when entering the username and password. Please pay attention to upper and lower case letters and that there are no spaces at the front or back. It is best to use copy and paste.
